We respect the right of employees to join a trade union, with which we are prepared to cooperate constructively in resolving conflicts and solving problems.
Ensuring a safe working environment
Safety in the workplace
We provide our employees with a safe and healthy working environment and comply with all occupational health and safety requirements. To ensure safety and health in the workplace, we cooperate with an external contractor, with whose help we regularly update our Safety Statement with a risk assessment and conduct training on occupational safety and fire safety.
We also promote health and encourage our employees to adopt a healthy lifestyle, including through an annual bonus that they can use for this purpose.
